Guest Qigong Teacher:
Heather Lear was born and raised with the dharma in a family of Insight Meditation practitioners. She teaches at the intersection of dharma and community-centered antiracism with an emphasis on heart practices, and serves as the Program Coordinator at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Heather is currently in Spirit Rock’s Advanced Practitioners Program, and is a graduate of East Bay Meditation Center’s White and Awakening in Sangha, Awakening Joy Teacher Training, and Radiant Heart Qigong Teacher Training. Her approach to sharing the dharma is inspired by her awe of and love for wild nature, international experience in 40+ countries, and ongoing training as a lifelong student of the dharma in motion through a wide range of embodiment practices.
