What does happiness mean to you? How do you experience contentment? What do you do to support your well-being?
Join us for this 6-week series exploring profound and enduring practices that cultivate the courageous, joyful and undefended heart, steady and balance the mind, and support us to engage our lives with kindness, awareness, empathy and wisdom. Drawing on both secular mindfulness and the teachings of the Buddha, each two-hour session will include a talk, guided and silent meditation, interactive practices including time to talk with each other.
A digital recording and summary handout of each week's session will be provided.
This series is designed for those with some meditation experience.
