Join Sylvia Boorstein and Heidi Bourne for an inspiring three-part series exploring the Dharma, meditation itself, and the ever-changing ambitions and intentions that bring us back to the practice again and again.
In each session, Sylvia and Heidi will answer these important questions about themselves, offer a guided practice, and invite you into a lively discussion about your own experience.
- What brought you to practice?
- What did you hope to accomplish?
- Did you have an intention?
- Do you still have an intention?
- Who are the teachers you admire?
- What have you learned?
- What are the teachings that most inspire and support your practice?
- What are you curious about now?
- Why do you keep coming back?
