Canyonlands National Park

- Unrivaled hiking access to remote regions of Canyonlands along the Green & Colorado Rivers
- Majestic side canyons, Ancestral Puebloan ruins and otherworldly red rock scenery
- Try out stand up paddle boarding and inflatable kayaking & raft the legendary Class III-IV rapids of Cataract Canyon
- Camping under the stars in an International Dark Sky Park
- Meditation & Gentle Movement
- Peace & Stillness
- Delicious gourmet meals
- Scenic return flight over Canyonlands to Moab
From here, we wind our way into the remote Island in the Sky District of the park where we’ll venture out on at least one unforgettable hike each day. Eventually, the Green River meets with the Colorado River and a day of challenging whitewater in Cataract Canyon takes the adventure level up a notch before several hidden side canyons beckon us to wander in.
Each day will begin in peaceful silence with early morning movement and meditation before breakfast, followed by a day of exciting rafting, quiet hiking and delicious meals. In the evenings we’ll gather beside the river for a talk, meditation and stargazing before we settle into silence for the night.
The meditation and movement will be suited for both new and seasoned practitioners. Just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. In support of our contemplative practice and our time together, this trip will be free from alcohol and drugs as we connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world. Everyone is Welcome!
