Sunday Sangha - A Time for Connection & Belonging

  • Sunday Afternoon In-Person Mini Retreat Series

Sunday Sangha - A Time for Connection & Belonging

Begins:
Jan 30th, 2022
Class Size:
12

Join us in-person as we take a deep dive into the beautiful practices of Compassion, Stillness and Wisdom through the lens of Mindful Awareness. When developed, these interwoven and interconnected qualities become reliable and enduring resources for our lives.

Over the course of three afternoon retreats, we’ll explore how the development of our inner lives directly connects with and influences what we do every day - personally, interpersonally and in our communities. Each afternoon includes guided and silent meditation, a dharma talk, gentle movement, and group discussion.

Come join us. Sink into an afternoon of peace and stillness inviting the mind to settle, the heart to open, and the body to relax. Everyone is welcome, both new and experienced practitioners.

In support of our safety and well-being, vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this in-person retreat and enrollment is limited to 12 people.
