Ethics, Caring, Clarity & Love

The Way of the Heart: Creating a Life of Meaning, Honesty & Abiding Care

Begins: October 9th, 2026

“Walk over the earth for the blessing of many, for the happiness of many, out of compassion for the world, for the welfare and the blessing and the happiness of all.”
- the Buddha

What does happiness look like for you?
What makes a meaningful life?
What does honesty mean to you?
How do honesty and meaning support a life of abiding care?

Join us for a 6-week exploration of these and other questions considered through the lens of the Buddha’s teachings on ethics, caring, clarity, and love. Week by week we’ll look at a variety practices that support a pathway to understanding and deepening the commitment to living these questions. And out of the willingness to live the questions, discovering how they naturally lead to abiding care for all beings, including oneself.

Each session includes meditation, a dharma talk, and plenty of time to talk with each other. Bring your questions, your perspectives, and your curiosity. Everyone is welcome, both new and seasoned practitioners.
