If you find that you cannot attend a course or retreat for which you're registered, please let us know as soon as possible. Our policies and cancellation fees are listed below:

Series Courses: 
More than 1 week before the course begins, 5% processing fee
1 - 7 days before the course begins, $25
No refunds or credits are given for missed classes once a course begins.

Private Sessions:
Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session or for missed appointments, full fee required.

Daylong Retreats:
Up to 3 days before the retreat, $15
Less than 3 days in advance, no refunds

*Multi- Day Retreats: 
All Deposits are non-refundable
Fees over the deposit amount:
More than 2 months in advance, $250
1 - 2 months in advance, $325
Less than 1 month in advance, no refunds.
