Join us for our signature introductory course in mindfulness and meditation.

Mindfulness and meditation give us the skills and resources to cultivate a clear mind, a kind heart and the ability to transform reactivity into wise responsiveness. We'll explore mindfulness of the breath & body, thoughts & emotions, loving-kindness & ethics, and empathy & forgiveness from both Buddhist and secular mindfulness perspectives.

Each two-hour session weaves together guided meditation, teachings, and group discussion with particular emphasis on bringing mindful awareness into daily life.

Dates & Times:
7 Thursday Evenings
March 5 to April 16
6:30 to 8:30pm in Arcata

Everyone is Welcome...no meditation experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and your kind heart!

Fees:
$210 to $310
Paying at the higher level includes a $25 contribution to the Pacific Mindfulness Community Scholarship Fund as well as one private session with Heidi.


Cancelation Fees:
$25 prior to February 20th
$35 February 21 to March 3rd
No refunds after March 3rd  or for missed classes.
