    Qigong & Meditation: A Journey of the Heart with Heather Lear

Join in supportive community to nourish yourself and reconnect with a sense of ease, well-being, deep rest, and the beauty of silence through candlelit meditation in stillness and motion. In this wintertime series, we’ll weave together Radiant Heart Qigong and meditation practices to slow down, soothe, and settle our bodies, minds, and hearts. 

4 Thursday Evenings
February 6th - 27th
7:00 - 8:00pm PT
Online via Zoom

Each one-hour session will include periods of qigong, guided and silent meditation (lying down encouraged!), heart practices, and Q&A. Cameras are completely optional, deep rest and fuzzy socks encouraged. Open to and accessible for all levels of qigong and meditation experience. All are warmly welcome!

Full Series: $80 to $125
Drop-In: $20 - $35

Heather Lear, MA was born and raised with the Dharma in a family of Insight Meditation practitioners. She studies and teaches at the intersection of heart-centered Dharma, embodiment practices including Radiant Heart Qigong and community-centered racial awakening and DEIA work, and serves as the Program Manager at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Heather is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s Advanced Practitioners Program, the Sati Center’s Buddhist Chaplaincy Training, Radiant Heart Qigong Teacher Training, and Awakening Joy Teacher Training. She has served on the teaching team offering the 6-month White and Awakening in Sangha program at the East Bay Meditation Center since 2019, and is currently training in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) and yoga with Janet Stone.
