  • Refuge & Renewal:Connecting Contemplative Practice to Daily Life

Over the course of four afternoon retreats, we’ll explore how the development of our inner lives directly connects with and influences what we do every day - personally, interpersonally and in our communities. It’s where the rubber meets the road, where we experience the fruits of our practice.

Each afternoon will include sitting and walking meditation, a talk, gentle yoga and interactive practices. We'll be joined by special guest yoga teachers Janine Melzer and Emily Trutt.

Come join us. Sink into an afternoon of peace and stillness and let the mind settle, the heart open and the body relax.

Customize these retreats to fit your schedule. Join us for any or all four retreats!
